Snorse Walks 1-10
Tuesday, May 1st, 2012Snorse Walks
Sunday, April 29th, 2012A bolt of inspiration hit me last night, and instead of playing Draw Something I thought why don’t I spend the charge of drawing energy on Brushes. Mr Snorse floated by my imagination and seeing as it’s been a while since we hung out I thought I’d accompany him on one of his extended walks. Who knows where he’ll take me?
I have another 6 panels sketched out and, excuse the pun, I think this idea has legs (and sensible walking footwear).
The making of my iPad paintings
Monday, March 5th, 2012Just figured out this weekend how to export the movie files of my iPad paintings using the Brushes app. Here’s 4 of my most recent paintings, recorded into movie files.
The Owlers
Sunday, February 19th, 2012Here’s some more character based work I’ve been making on the ipad. Soon to become some nice lifestyle itemables (news to follow…)
Animal ipad paintings
Sunday, February 5th, 2012Caught a few animals in my sights recently (on the ipad). For more recent digital paintings of mine go here.
Surph Beasts ipad paintings
Tuesday, January 31st, 2012Here’s the recent creations I made using the ipad, Brushes app and a Griffin stylus. Been trying to come up with a way of incorporating characters (and beasts) into my landscape pieces and think I have found a route with these babies. Surph’s up!

Ipad paintings
Sunday, January 22nd, 2012Finally got around to buying a decent painting app on my ipad as previously messed about with simple iphone painting apps but didn’t light my fire until recently. I’ve been using Brushes on an ipad2 with a Griffin stylus and it’s lots and lots of fun. Once you get used to the controls you can create really quickly and work within it’s initial limitations. I’d like to try out some different apps just to get a taste of what you can do as I’ve seen some incredibly impressive work created on ipads.
I’d really recommend exploring this more if you own an ipad.
Anyway, here’s a link to the batch that I’ve been creating over the last few days and a few pics below.
