May 28th, 2013

Happy to announce a new t shirt design I have for sale this week only (ending on the 3rd of June) though Mister Dress Up . It’s drawn from my Health and Safety Issues drawings I’ve made over the last few weeks and is a 2 colour design available in both mens and womens sizes.

The image is drawn by hand and reflects the recent work I’ve been making.

These tees are limited editions so don’t hang about if you want to grab one.

‘Theme From Boat Weirdos’ exhibition paintings.

May 5th, 2013

Had a great night at my exhibition launch last Thursday at Outlaws Yacht Club in Leeds, thanks to the crew for having me, the wonderful Chris Madden for the conversation and all those who came down for the night.

I’ve uploaded photos of the paintings to flickr in their own set but have posted them here also for non flickr users. All the pieces (aside for Galleon Vision) are for sale and please contact me directly, or via the bar for enquiries.

Smooth sailing!

‘Theme From Boat Weirdos’ show at Outlaws Yacht Club

April 23rd, 2013

After DJing earlier in the year with my fellow Seahawk Jon, I fell in love with this place. Great beer, food, people, a rotary mixer and KEF 104a speakers. Nice. I had to come back there so we arranged a show of new paintings and it opens next Thursday the 2nd of May at Outlaws Yacht Club in Leeds from 6pm. I’ll be having a chat and fielding any cosmic nautical questions that may arise. The show is running until the 16th of June so come by, have a glass of whatever turns you on and float your boat.

Oceans of Fantasy

March 10th, 2013

A huge thanks to all involved in my recent exhibition ‘Oceans of Fantasy’ at the Wales Millennium Centre. It was a rare treat to have a show running for 3 months in my home town and I had a fantastic response from those who visited it.

I’ve put all the work created especially for this show in a flickr set, there’s a few pieces missing but I’ll fill in the gaps…

Art Across the City Swansea

February 26th, 2013

Really happy to be involved in the Art Across the City project in Swansea at the moment. My mural takes inspiration from both Dylan Thomas and the local area, taking in octopi, UFOs and giant horses! Thanks to all involved for realising this, a real honour:)

Cross stitch fever!

January 23rd, 2013

My name’s Pete and I’m a recent cross stitch addict! I had an idea to start stitching at the end of the year and didn’t realise how much I’d enjoy it. I’m straight off the bat working towards a show at Beach in London this coming August so I better stop blogging and get stitching!

I’ve been posting some progress pics on instagram plus I’m posting the finished pieces on my flickr page

I’m truly honoured to have my work on the cover of Andrew Loog Oldham‘s new book Stone Free. Having ripped through Stoned and 2 Stoned and thoroughly enjoyed them, this looks like a fantastic read. Thanks Andrew!
